1. Service
Zaous provides a trading service for digital assets. By using the service you agree to comply with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
2. Risk
Crypto markets are volatile. Quoted rates are estimated and only finalize once your payment is confirmed on-chain. We are not responsible for market movements between quote and confirmation.
3. Wrong network / wrong amount
Always confirm the amount and network before sending. We can recover wrongly-sent funds in many cases — contact support immediately if a mistake occurs.
4. Fees
A flat 0.3% trading fee plus the network fee applies. The 0.5% buy/sell spread is disclosed on every quote.
5. Sanctioned regions
We do not serve users in sanctioned regions. Use of the service from such regions is prohibited.
